Hi Teresa! It's pretty amazing that you have as many $1M+ as you do $150K - $200K! WOW! And, great graph too--what did you use to create it? I'm always looking for easy way to make them!! LOL
I love this chart Teresa. Really shows the sweet spots in the market.
Hey Teresa... what's up with all the sales in the $1,000,001-$2,000,000 range? There are almost as many as in the $15K-$200K range!
Hi Teresa, Lots in the lows and lots in the highs....It is like that here too!
Interesting stats, BTW, EVERY time I see your name, I think, hmmm, I don't remember her as a CO realtor, then I remember that there is more than one Denver! LOL =o)
Debe: I love to see graphs for stats. At a glance it's really easy to see what is going on. I used PowerPoint 2007. Thanks for your comments!
Gary: Thank you!
Randy: Maybe living too high?!?!?!
Jane: Thanks for coming by!
Cheryl: You would not believe how many times I hear this....
