G.P. Kon Custom Builders, Creator of Fine Luxury Homes in the Lake Norman area, is a third generation family owned company. They have been awarded a certified green professional builder by the National Home Builders Association. Master Accredited Builder graduates complete an intensive series of seventy-two hours of coursework. This designation is recognized statewide and identifies top professionals in the building industry. Like the real estate industry Master Accredited Builders have to complete an additional eight hours, of coursework, each year to keep their designation.

It sounds like a very interesting and informational class to learn more about green.
Teresa, this seems that is going to be a very instructive event. As far as I know there are many different elements that can be incorporated in a home to make it more environmentally friendly. It would be very interesting to hear what these builders can offer, and what new options are being developed.

Green is good......I hope more Builder's take the steps necessary to moe this forward. A great opportunity for us to learn as well.
