Thanks for the reminder that I have to get my son registered for Basketball! Wow, I love this time of year!
We have singed up for Basketball already and practices begin in January. In January we sign up for Baseball that begins in March! Go figure. This took a while for me to figure out. My son missed T-ball the first year he was old enough because I didn't sign him up on tip, oops!
So, Teresa, this is great information to get out to people who have children interested in playing youth sports, i.e. basketball.
Have a great weekend!
Great athletic action for the youngsters Teresa. I need to find out also what these Optimists clubs do. They could help out many Realtors with their thoughts nowadays.
Leesa: Our family likes this time of the year too and it will be different this year for us. Our son has played Upward basketball for the past seven years and this year he will not. The churches here are not offering it for his age this year and he is so use to the way Upward does their program that he is not wanting to try anyone elses. So our Friday's and Saturday's will not be filled with games this year.....
Terrie: Have fun with the basketball and baseball!! I bet with the twins they keep you hopping... Take care!!
Gary: You are so funny!! Yes, maybe they do have somethiing special since they are known as Optimists!!
Teresa.. Neither one of my sons are inclined to play basketball. Now give them a pair of skates that is a different story.
Valerie: Skating is wonderful! Although it is fun doing it with someone it really is a solo sport.... Many moons ago while in high school I loved and played tennis everyday but when I graduated I didn't have anyone to play with so my tennis went by the waste side...
I just saw the pooch runing across the top of your blog.....I like him!
